If you know you will not have enough money to repay your Cash Advance on the scheduled repayment date, please visit the mobile app or contact customer service at help@empower.me to reschedule your repayment. You must visit the mobile app or contact us no later than 12p PST one business day before your scheduled repayment date.
If Empower processes a repayment withdrawal and you do not have enough money in your bank account to cover the full amount, your bank may charge you an overdraft fee. If this happens, please contact Empower Customer Service at help@empower.me with evidence that you were charged an overdraft fee, and Empower will reimburse you.
