If your account is locked, you are able to unlock the app directly by opening the app and sending yourself a verification email. Once the email is received, click on the link to re-open the app and your account will be unlocked.
Note: If you have a new phone number, you will need to update your number prior to logging in. For more information on how to complete a phone number change, please click here.
