You should immediately lock your card and contact our support team if you lost your card or if you see any suspicious transactions.
To lock or unlock your card
1️⃣ Go to the Accounts tab and tap on the triple-dot menu button in the Card section
2️⃣ Tap on the card icon 💳
3️⃣ Toggle "Freeze card" to lock or unlock your card 🔓
You can also unlock your card from your app's Accounts tab. Tap on "Unfreeze" under the Card section
